"A very disappointing experience! I had a family member seen at an urgent care (per sentara primary care) This office would not let my family member see his own doctor! Unresolved 7 day fever..ended up being a very serious diagnosis!! After 2 ER visits.( told to follow upnwith pcp)..he still could not get an appointment with his PCP. He tried multiple times..multiple! HE needed extensive follow-up. THE P.A. sent him a note on an app to tell him his new diagnosis. No instructions about illness, or plan.Totally incompetent!! THERE will be a formal complaint! Horrible continuity of care...horrible! I am well informed of the medical field. Believe me when I say this was highly substandard care."

"This practice and Dr Maloney are the absolute worst!! He does not care about his patients!! He will gaslight, increase medical PTSD and tell you to “read a book” to cure your illness (was told this 3 separate times). Ever since Dr Lowdon retired I’ve been forced to see him but I officially fired him today as he refused to provide proper medical care! Should have been him that retired instead of Lowdon!! Absolute worst “doctor” I’ve ever encountered!! Take my advice and find another provider!!"
