"I wanted to give a review about Tiffany Tait. She worked with my son this past summer. From the very beginning she was very approachable and compassionate. She showed genuine interest in helping my son. My son was extremely reluctant to participate but she earned his trust. It was amazing to see how Tiffanys intervention help changing his behavior. My son totally open up to her. After a few weeks the changes were very positive. I definitely recommend her."

"Attempted to contact them for therapy. My initial message asked about my insurance. For some reason the CEO of the company responded back with a one sentence message to contact my insurance company. After I cleared it up he said he would forward my into to patient intake. A week later after I received no response I wrote back, and the CEO did not apologize just gave me a one sentence answer asking if I was free this weekend. After voicing my complains he tries to brush my concerns off stating that most people have to wait a while for them to contact them."

"I would have given a much better review and should have maybe given a lower eval and maybe should have, but he had previous good experience. but my sons appointment was for 9am I was there doors were locked. No one was there I waited for 15 mins then tried to call the phone numbers all numbers went to voicemail. Sent a message on their website and nothing. Tried the counselors number given to my wife in the email confirming the appointment. It went to voicemail that was full and didn’t accept messages. I found couple other numbers of counselor associated to here. Finally got one person to return a call.Said he would look into it. While waiting the counselor finally called me back at about 940 and at first said I had a wrong number. I explained everything on the email and he finally remembered said he didn’t put it in his calendar like he said and forgot about it. He finally showed up at 950 am. Even though they say they open at 9 am no one is in the office and they have no one to answer a phone call to solve any issues. Nor do they have any type of centralized appointment booking system. Definitely a bad impression for the first time seeing a new counselor. Maybe there was a reason his last counselor left."

"We went to Phoenix in Haymarket for couples counseling, yes they see adults too! All the therapists we saw walking around the office seemed professional and friendly. Our counselor was great, he helped my wife and I come up with better ways to communicate with each other and we were able to live more happily thanks to the counseling."
