"I don't like to write bad reviews but my wife chose to use this company for a taxes and their communication is terrible. Never once has answered the phone or called me back and has never gotten back to me after multiple attempts."
"Kellye was really good the first two years. Last year she told me she could do my expat taxes, which i specifically asked if I should go elsewhere. Long story short, they were filed incorrectly, almost cost me my wife's immigration status. I attempted to follow up for a while however she was always busy or not available. I was told most times she would call back but that never happened. Emails, voicemails, text, all ignored. My taxes for last year are still wrong and she won't help file the correction after paying over $100 for the initial filling. Now I will have to pay a Real accountant to do it right, I will never use Gentry's again."
