With taxes and penalties she has cost us over 20k! She will NOT respond to calls, or text messages! This person is a criminal. You cannot treat people like this and expect no punishment!"

"I've been getting my taxes prepared almost 32yrs and have never had an experience like this.I gave CJ my W2s April18th 2022, she text me the following day on the 19th to send me her contact info. After that I never heard from her again. I called/text and randomly went by her office numerous times and even left notes on her door several times because she never kept me updated on my progress. Long story short I finally caught her at her office almost 10months later on Feb 8 2023 and get this She never even did my taxes. All she offered me was a lousy "I'm sorry"after ignoring all of my attempts to contact her for 10 monts. If I can give this business no stars at all I would I don't advise anyone allow this woman to do their taxes This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life."
