"Not sure why they haven't shut this place down or hired someone with brains to come in and fix it. Cannot speak on every doctor in the whole hospital but if you go into the ER just know you need to tell your loved ones you love them. Prayers Lewis Gale will actually fix this ridiculous mess."

"I was scheduled for two procedures in the radiology department. All medical professionals and others who assisted me were extremely efficient, caring and helpful during the entire process. Results were shared quickly as well. I was also impressed with the obvious attention to cleanliness apparent everywhere I went within this facility . I was very satisfied and impressed with the whole visit and most especially with the personnel."

"The most poorest excuse of an ER. The ER Doc barely spent 30 seconds with me, sent me for a CT Scan, stopped by on his way down the hall and told me all was clear on my scan. Never ONCE explained my Dx, just gave me 3 scripts and discharged me. I had better services in the Air Force and as a Marine Corps dependent than what I had in Low Moor. I am a human being and I deserved better care. Do Better. Be Better. Don't leave patients hanging and doing research by "Dr. Google". (As an added note, I've been an EMT, I've worked in an ER...)"

"My registration at ER, to my surprise, was smooth and quick. Everything after that was a total disaster!! I waited 1 hour 30 minutes in what amounted to be a small interrogation room before the so-called doctor with his electronic visual "prop" of some person monitoring what was going on came in the room. NO ER NURSE/STAFF came in to inform me of anything! I understand IF they were really busy with other patients but that didn't seem to be the case. Every staff member/nurse was huddled at the nurses station sitting, laughing, and talking as though it was a day at the park!! Not a care in the world. Even if just one would have informed me that the doctor was on his way to care for me would have been nice. Not even a drink of water was offered!!! I did hear someone ask someone standing in the hallway if they needed a drink or something!!!! Just plain AWFUL not to care for patients the way they did!!!! Someone in charge really needs to investigate and evaluate the care that patients receive at that ER!!!! The people in this community deserve better!!!!!"

"The registration clerk was kind and thoughtful. All of the nurses (Sherry, Janelle, Joy, Sarah & Tracy) were great! Hope I didn't leave anyone out. Very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Also Katie the anesthesiologist went above and beyond to make sure that I didn't get sick! Dr. Pack and Corey Weidman are excellent. Very caring!"
