"This is an awful place, full of 2 face staff. Most would rather play on their phone and gossip than perform the service and care humans need. The Clinic is a walking joker card, full of dim-wit wannabe doctors, and half wit nurses. Their only concern is the amount of money you have to pay them. No regard for the living body. It's a great place to get pills if your an addict tho, they pump them out like chicklets. If you have a medical emergency or condition, please please please, go to where real staff and doctors work, trust me, your body, mind and soul will thank you."
"I have never written a recession. I also waited several days so i am not writing full of frustration. Our experience in this hospital was very bad. My sister fell off her mountain bike and was taken to this hospital here. Right upon arrival, 3 people were standing in the immediate vicinity and laughing at my sister. "She's just up for drama, much hassle about nothing." After this greeting, of course, we were not taken seriously. My sister's condition continued to deteriorate. But I was the only one worried. None controlled their values. After 5 hours hardly doing anything, nurses became hectic. Her values were life threatening. She was given a blood transfusion, a helicopter was called to take her to a trauma hospital and suddenly there were people who were concerned. Long story short: at the beginning you laughed at her, however, it turned out that she suffered severe internal bleeding and her liver suffered a grade 4 out of 5 injury. In the new hospital she stayed in intensive care for several days. For three days, people worried intensely about her life. So my question: do you have to identify a 15-year-old girl before the examination???"
"The hospital has knowledgeable and friendly staff who seem to genuinely care about what's going on with you. The ER is quick, even when they're backed up. You don't sit for hours waiting on treatment or waiting to be discharged like a lot of emergency rooms. It is a small hospital with the capability of doing life saving procedures in the ER to stabilize the patient and get them flown out to a larger, more equipped hospital. The doctors are great. They have a rural health clinic for your healthcare needs to have a primary care physician. They offer a charity program to help you out if you are unable to pay your bill. It's an excellent hospital located in rural Pocahontas County."
"What an amazing facility! So kind, helpful, informative and careful! I had an injury on the slopes and they took me in immediately. No wait whatsoever, I got straight on the bed, was made comfortable and helped urgently. Turns out I fractured my radius. They wrapped me in a cast, wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way in no more than an hour! I remember the names Dr. Ray, Kelby and Harley Beale. I wish I could copy and paste this facility all over the country."
"Buddy had a mountain biking crash. This is probably the friendliest place I’ve ever been (not just a hospital). 10/10 would recommend if you ever are in need of help."
