"Ok so we had an appointment y with Shawn i believe his name was at 1, the sweet lady Angela at the front desk was the one who tried to do our taxes… for an hour!!! And Shawn still wasn’t done yet he was telling his regular clients that came in to check on their appt at 2pm he would be ready for them at their scheduled time . I’m extremely pregnant and my husband is nice but this was ridiculous. We will not be returning, we kindly left Angela and thanked her for her help because she did her best. Angela was great Shawn was not! A freaking hour and a half cuz we came in to start intake paperwork early, he said he would be a few min behind….."
