His prices were by far the best out of the estimates that I received that week from Larry & Sons and Johnson & Johnson and the only downside to using this company- and the reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 star, was that his team was very busy and could not fit me in for 2 weeks.. Which in the hottest month of the year (August) seemed like an eternity. "We live in Martinsburg, WV and had our heat pump and handler replaced by Fire and Ice several months ago. We chose them because a co worker of mine had them install his heat pump something like 10 years ago and he said he hasn't had any problems with it since they installed it. My co worker chose them because his neighbor had his heat pump replaced by them and was very happy with their work. So I figured if those two were happy customers then we would be also. It's a family owned business and I think 3 brothers and some other relatives all work there. We chose a 15 seer with an upgraded filter system and UV light. They were honest about how long it would take to see the savings on a 15 Seer and said a 14 seer would be fine but we chose the 15 anyway. There must have been 5 guys here on install day working and they had everything done in half a day. They were on time, all very polite and professional. Thank you Fire and Ice!"
