"He charged me 385 to fix the wheels on my rider mower I rode it for 3 minutes i had the same problem again. He did refund 100 of my money. I went back to him again he held my mower and weed eater for five days and didn't tell me he couldn't fix it til I. Allen him then started asking me questions about the mower that was irrelevant I will never do business with him again. I lost money dealing with him and did not feel valued as a customer. I would throw the equipment away before I ever did business with him again."

"RIP OFF they tell you no charge for diagnostic but they add it to the bill even if you don't see it.. They do unauthorized work. I took in mower that started and only needed an adjustment on the handle that stops the motor. When I called they wanted $189.00 said he had to put in an air filter, changed oil, cleaned it up? All I said no to. I only wanted a $5.00 switch. wants to charge me for cleaning it so he could work on it? Now he has my mower. RIP OFF RIP OFF. When I asked for breakdown he got very defensive and said, I'm, not working on a machine that has grass on it, so he charges you 50$ for that, there is your diagnostic $ NOT FRIENDLY - watch out final price I called 2 other mower repair places , they said should be no more than $90$"

"Great Experience. Ron (owner) could not have been more accommodating or given better service. My son's lawnmower was running very poorly. I called All Small Engine and Ron said "Bring it over. Diagnosis and estimates are free." 20 minute drive was worth it! Ron recognized that I was in town to help my daughter-in-law while my son is on a long deployment, and that I was hoping for a fast turn around. He was kind enough to take the job on right then. The engined needed to have the carb removed, cleaned, and adjusted. It now starts easily on the first pull and runs smoothly. Ron certainly knows small engines and takes pride in his work and finished product. Before I left he checked the self propel system, air cleaner, etc. etc. The fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company."
