"The person that answers the phone at the front desk named Josh was very pleasant but not educated on my return asking my wife for money when she went to go sign the paperwork found that kind of weird. The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude wouldn't let me know what time my tax professional was getting off because my work schedule is very hectic and I was trying to make it there on time to ask her some important questions my tax professional never called me back when they said they would they both black I truly believe it was racist because when I went there I heard the receptionist letting someone else know what time a tax professional was off probably will never go back I had been filing my taxes with h&r block for 5 years now my tax professional wasn't very pleasant when it came to having a conversation with her"

"Came in to inquire about doing a walk in this morning. As I opened the door a lady was saying something about this being America and to only speak English in the office. I turned around before even finishing coming in the office. I like Block and will seek out a more inclusive office."
