"I was very pleasantly surprised because I was originally quoted for $200-400, but the lovely workers somehow got my repair down to only about $50. They seem to really care about the customers they interact with."
"Took my ps5 here to get cleaned due to issue of it turning off and on (it's the pcu that's clogged). They kept it for a week, said the cleaned it and didn't work. Got it back, inspected it myself and they didn't touch it at all. Dust is still inside, fans weren't even wiped down. They said the completely took it apart. I'd suggest doing business elsewhere. If you didn't want to clean it, you could've been upfront about it."
"It took 3 visits (and wasted a week) before I found out that replacing my screen was not the route I had to go, but that I needed to return my phone and wait to get credited $ to purchase a replacement. They didn't tell me that the first two visits, but ordered a new screen for me, wasting my time. This 3rd time, however, the technician got it right and was clear and helpful."
"Picked up my phone since they said it was ready for pickup but when I got home and attempted to charge the phone battery, the battery would not charge. Called them and they said that they completed all diagnostics that is required by Samsung. I really wanted to give them a 5 star rating because they were able to replace the motherboard in my phone and it was covered by Google Extended Warranty program. So I was looking forward to using the phone but I cannot use the phone now because the battery does not charge. So, now I need to drive 1 hour again to drop off my phone to them and don't know when I will get it back."
