"I just walked into the office with no appointment and the receptionist was welcoming. She checked with the tax consultants, and one said they could do my taxes right then. John helped me, asking all the right questions and reviewed my tax documents, then gave me advice on how to handle several issues to improve my situation for next year. My returns were completed promptly and correctly. Everything was handled in a professional yet friendly manner. A very positive experience."

"Terrible first interaction with this company. Worked with Lashawnda Coleman, fees were not discussed, I was not asked how I wanted my refund and was automatically selected for the emerald card, taxes were finalized without a reviewing it with me which I declined and to top it off, she lost all of my documents for 2020 which were given weeks ago and she had the nerve to look through her shred box and asked if I wanted to go through the office shredder to look for my paperwork. When I asked how the this is rectified, she just said “I don’t know” and walked away. Another customer came in at closing asking if she was going to finish her taxes today and also asked if she needed to do them on her own before the deadline (she was visibly upset and concerned) and Lashawnda responded by telling her “it’s up to you if you want to do them” and laughed at her. This is by far the most unprofessional and disappointing service I’ve received in a long time. I don’t typically write negative reviews but she deserves this one and you guys really need to evaluate these so called professionals representing your company."

"Here is my experience: I have an appointment at 5 pm with Lashawnda Coleman and I waited till 6:30. While waiting, she let someone who came after me and has no appointment to go before me. She said it will be quick but it takes 10 to 15 mins. Finally, when I went she worked for around 20 min (left multiple times and all my work can be done in 10 mins) also her cell phone never stops ringing(calls and texts) and she answered all of them instead of taking care of her customer which is me who delayed him for an hour and a half. I never in my life experience something like this service, no respect for the my time or even me when I was with her. At the end, the tax preparation cost is almost the double of what I paid last year and I asked why, she didn’t know what to say (blamed on inflation but the inflation rate is around 6% and the most prices increase’s were from the auto industry sector with around 20% but here is around 90%). Her colleague said that different document has different fees (my forms are the same). I wanted to see my detailed receipt but I did see nothing. Also, I don’t know if she did my tax right since she seems too confused and she asked her colleague many questions so I maybe will end up doing amendments. Moral of the story, you may experience this so stay away from this place as they may waste your time and ripped off your money."

"Our tax representative, Sue Jones, is outstanding and very helpful with our taxes. She always go above and beyond and is accommodating with our 2 year old at the appointment. We moved this year to a different town and went out of our way just to have Sue do our taxes. She's very upbeat, outgoing, and is fun to be around while doing taxes."
