"I called to inquire about potential tax preparation and filing services and the person I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional. For perspective, the person who answered the phone was laughing and in the middle of a conversation with someone else when he answered, and then he proceeded to ask me what ticket I was calling about after I asked whether his firm was taking new clients for individual tax services. After I asked for a third time and still could not get a coherent answer I ended the conversation. Incredibly unprofessional."
