"The hospital, situated in an inconvenient location, charges a $7 parking fee, even for a brief visit. Despite my disability causing a slower walk through the lengthy lobby and inconvenient handicap parking spots, the parking attendant showed no concern, insisting on the $7 fee. It's disheartening how a supposedly caring institution adds financial strain in such situations."

"Today I had the opportunity to visit the new facility at 1851 North George Mason, Womens Imaging Center. I am completely wow-ed by the whole experience. This facility is the five star experience for Mammograms... I mean, I have had 3 done elsewhere, and I NOW have a new location!!! The space is beautiful... the staff is amazing... the technician who completed my imaging was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Tamanna (my technician)..made this such a great experience A she took the awkwardness out of the whole thing, took her time with me and really made sure she got great photos. The machines at VHC are the BEST IN terms of technology, effectiveness and comfort. Lockers with key for your things... clean fresh smelling gowns... i mean What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The address is incorrect in Google maps and needs to be corrected. Only issue...but if you follow all your reminder texts, you will be good. BTW, scheduling the appt was easypeasy. They fit me on schedule very quickly. I won't ever walk into a Sentara facility again after the horrible experience I have had with them the past few months. VHC Womens imaging Center is IT FOR ME... did I mention they validate parking!!!?????"

"nothing But a million stars , very clean facility , brand-new equipment and most important very friendly staff , outstanding costumer service : starting from the front Disk MR Kyon S, Mcbride to the wonderful EVIE Berryman. she was very easy with my mom and even she helped with contacting the doctor about missing other lab work. "Lovely new building. I went for an imaging appt and found the experience to be disorganized. I provided a doctors order prior to scheduling as directed and completed their check-in prior to arrival the day of the appt. The waiting area is not private at all- you hear everyone’s reason for being there/name etc. They couldn’t find my appt and asked for me to resubmit my doctor’s order. Of note, they are strict about patients being 15 min early to their appt but I was still in the waiting room beyond my scheduled time. I will probably try INOVA next time I need imaging to see if it’s a better experience."
