"Not impressed, customer service and transparency should be 1st. They made made me feel like my problem was a "me problem" and they shouldn't be at fault for information I didn't ask for during the last time my residence was looked at. Maybe there should he some kind of PowerPoint script that should be read to the customer after any service to ensure these things are identified and addressed. Last time I checked, I was the customer: -180.00 per year for "maintenance" -69.00 per visit -[that won't get your unit fixed that day] ....maybe on the visit following the 2nd visit after (you get the point). It's just not user friendly. Hopefully the weather holds up."

"Kevin showed up promptly at my house. The drain pipe was frozen and he thawed it out, flushed with nitrogen and we had heat right away. Very nice guy who fixed my system and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for an emergency call. Thank you so much Kevin!"

"Brian Novak was our technician today and he was great! We’ve been with Guy Smith for close to 15 years and this is our 2nd complete system. This one less than a year so when we woke up to a cold house, we called GS immediately. We got a returned phone call within about an hour and our tech was here well before noon…..!!! The exterior drain / condensate line had frozen over at the very end… After that was removed, the system was back up and running and within an hour or so we were back to normal! Brian recommended that we insulate the drain pipe so we did. All is good… We HIGHLY recommend Guy Smith …!!! Awesome customer service!"

"I had a great experience with this company. They are quick, efficient, very friendly and easy to work with. I started with an annual maintenance check and he ended up finding an issue that could’ve been very serious eventually so thank you for being knowledgeable and trustworthy. Update- had the same technician, David, come out to fix the issue with our unit. The turn around was so quick. He explained everything so that I could understand and had pictures to back it up.
