Most people are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about and then there are others who have no clue what is going on and know nothing about what they are doing but talk like they do anyway. Overall Geek Squad is excellent and is strongly recommended."
"Same issues as before just a different geek squad with same bad results. Technicians are not as qualified as they make the service out to be. Have them install a radio they are good. Install a TV bracket they are good. Have them work on computer issues not at all qualified. Everything they did I had already done at my experience level. Very bad computer service."
