"William is a big help. They help get you in and out especially if the job isn’t super time consuming. I own a wrecker service and they know I can’t have my guys sitting around and I applaud that"
"This business is the most awful experience I have ever ever had in my entire life. They have had my boyfriend's Dodge Ram 2016 2500 for over 4 months. They received a huge check to repair and replace the entire fuel system because DEF was accidently put in the fuel tank. Throughout the 4 month period when my boyfriend was able to get in touch with them William gave him the run around, always giving an excuse for what was "supposedly going on with them" (ex: couldn't find parts, they received the part but it arrived broken, and this list goes on and on). Finally when they received all parts William called and said it would take a couple to install them. During these talks William tried to charge me $3,500.00 for making the truck so that it no longer needed DEF which is illegal. They test drove the vehicle today and told me that the truck caught on fire and was most likely a total loss. They claimed the fire was the result of the exhaust which they were supposed to have been replaced. So I am trying to run a construction business with no truck for over 4 months now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. THE NAME SAYS IT ALL."
"Evil Diesel had 60 trucks waiting or being serviced at there crowded yard. When my pickup was towed there for service, I heard nothing for one and a half weeks. They hadn't even looked at my vehicle. They made a wild guess based on the symptoms and said it would take two to three months to replace the fuel pump as they would have to lift the cab from the chassis and cost approximately $4,000. It's a diesel Ford pickup! I had it towed elsewhere at once. They apparently cater to trucking companies not your everyday truck owner. The mechanic at the AAA located on Bridge Road in Suffolk recommended them. That was my first mistake. The AAA on Bridge road in Suffolk grossly overcharges for any repair. No way to run a business. Stay away. There name says it all!"
"Don't recommend and will be looking for another shop. 2 stars because they did fix some issues, just not one of the main reasons I brought it in. My truck still has a coolant leak, I even told them where the leak was, which was a 4" long hose (egr cooler delete hose). Didn't fix myself because the turbo and pedestal have to come off to get to it. When I picked up my truck and asked if the hose was replaced, William said "we tightened the hose clamp". I wasn't happy as I asked for the hose to be replaced, but they had my truck for weeks, and I was just ready to get it back, so I didn't say anything. They had to remove the turbo and could have easily replaced the hose. To fix it now, they say the intake has to come off because it's internal?? I can literally see the hose, the two clamps for it, and the leak (blue hose in pic). So, I don't want to deal with any more frustration from this place, and I will try to find another shop."
"I cannot praise these individuals enough. They have worked on my Ambulance/Camper multiple times in the past year, handling both repairs and upgrades. Their expertise, honesty, and quick turnaround have consistently impressed me. Their pricing is fair, and unlike most diesel shops, they never take advantage of their customers."
