"I want to find a good applicant contractor that I can use more often. Turn out very bad experience for me. I asked Brain to come out Saturday and send him the washer's brand and model, he went to my neighbors, and told me to pay service fee with no parts in hand. My tenant told me he has not yet shown. He finally find the right place, told me that he has to order part from his appliance part distributors and will give me an estimate of the part price before Monday noon but never responded until I asked in the afternoon if I can buy it online. He send me back the model name and plus the part's name. I ordered a brand new part in a local appliance parts store. And he told me he wont repair my appliance with other people's material. Actually the brand new material is $73 in blue crab appliance part store in Newport News (this store is great! very nice service), he charged me $143.98. Most important, he told me maybe get the parts on Tuesday or Wednesday. My talent need it urgently. That is another reason I run around the city to get one. Anyway he refused to repair my appliance if I don't order it from them. Also Just want to note down their come out fee is $90 without any repair. So Just to repair the water valve, diagnose fee plus labor plus material it will cost over $300. By the way, I mentioned that at the very beginning of the phone call that if it will cost over $300, It is worthy to buy a new cheap one. He should know the approximation fee for any of his repair will be over $200 and easy to be $300 from very beginning. Add one more. They are very rude at the end too. I have been used different contractors around the house. I know which are nice services. They want me to delete the review, sign. I just speak out what I have experienced."
