"My experience with Virginia Hearing was wonderful. Being claustrophobic, I was very concerned and stressed about having to sit in an enclosed booth. The doctor who performed the hearing test asked me if leaving the door open would help. What a great idea. I was as so glad she made the offer. I had no problems and completed the test. You couldn’t ask for a better place to go to if you need your hearing checked. I would definitely recommend Virginia Hearing. I would like to add to the above. Since I wrote the remarks above, I returned to get my hearing aids. I was greeted by the the staff and then started my training on the use and maintenance of my hearing aids. The training was very informative and the like always you couldn’t ask for a better instructor. Once again, I absolutely recommend Virginia Hearing."

"Dr. Collins and forgive me for forgetting his name, but he's at the front desk and he's very kind and was sweet to all my babies! (Had the whole family with me! Thank you again!) Dr. Collins was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took on testing my 2 y/o which was not easy for her, he's a fighter! And she also tested my 7 y/o. Both exams she was patient, kind and explained everything to me. Afterwards the reports were sent directly to me. Very happy with my visit, 100% recommend for anyone needing an exam!!"
