"I had a lot of problems with this contractor replacing three toilets in my home with upgraded Kohler toilets (K-31588). It took three trips to finally complete the job. I would not recommend this contractor. On the first appointment, the first toilet was installed with the tank and bowl canted to the wall. I had to ask the tech1 to correct it. The tank also had a broken fill-valve (known by tech1) causing the toilet to not flush correctly. The toilet had to be reset to square it up and while finishing up the work and cutting off the flange bolts, tech1's reciprocating saw blade damaged the porcelain - causing the bowl to have to be replaced. The saw-saw also caused sparks that damaged the shower curtain next to the toilet, which had to be replaced. One of the other two toilets was installed with no issues and one with a problem with the flush handle. I had to contact the field supervisor to request the damaged bowl be replaced along with the damaged fill valve. I asked for a new tank, but was declined. I also asked for a different tech to perform the rework - but was also declined. On the second appointment, the contractor's tech1 replaced the damaged fill valve with a cheaper noisy fill valve instead of the quiet-fill Kohler valve it came with. He then looked at the toilet that had a problem with the flush handle and only offered to replace it with a different handle instead of Kohler flush handle. After again having to talk with the field supervisor to request Kohler replacement parts instead of the cheaper parts a third trip was scheduled. On the third trip, tech2 arrived and installed the correct parts (Kohler quiet-fill valve and a Kohler flush handle). Tech2 also commented that the previous tech1 didn't install the supply riser (water line) correctly and he had to fix/replace it. After three trips and me having to project manage the job, the contractor completed the work to my satisfaction as far as how the toilets operate. I would not recommend this contractor not only due to the poor workmanship, but due to the difficulty with the management team. I didn't think I'd have to actually request the Kohler replacement parts over the cheaper parts - especially based on the price I was being charged. Their rates are high and as described the quality is poor. One star from me."

"Just before Christmas, I had a water leak from my 20-year-old water heater in my attic. Just Plumbing made sure to come out immediately and replace the heater. Nick and Cedric were patient and did a great job after hours despite that fact that they probably would have wanted to be home earlier. While doing the heater replacement Nick had to quickly problem-solve a number of unexpected issues that came up for my case. For one thing he found that my 20-year-old main water valve was badly stuck. This initially impacted his standard process for changing out a heater. Once he realized what was going on, he then had to man-handle the valve repeatedly to get the water off and then back on. In the end, Nick and Cedric got me up and running that night despite the unique issues that arose. The next week Albert came out from Just Plumbing to follow up on the main water valve. He was very patient in explaining the differences between the water valves of 20 years ago with today and then quickly ran out to get additional parts when he found a valve that had different piping standards than today. Again, the service was highly knowledgeable and efficient. Combining that experience with a previous service call to do an optical investigation of my French drain with a camera, and I would say that I highly recommend this company."
