He was very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. He also noticed that the chrome on my Delta faucet was starting to deteriorate. He recommended that I contact Delta regarding this problem and that they may replace at no cost. I contacted Delta and he was right!! They sent me a replacement at no cost, not even shipping.
