"The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and continuously cuts people off before they could finish their sentences. It also seems completely disorganized and they apparently did not have a record of many people’s appointments so we are just sitting waiting and wasting away. The lab tech who took my blood redeemed the experience somewhat. They were polite and efficient unlike the front desk."

"I just want to say I’ve been to this place twice, and both times, I had an awesome experience. Especially the second time. Star was very fast friendly and efficient with checking me in. And Asha did an amazing job drawing my blood. She was so quick and very professional. I was amazed at how quick she was. It was a very smooth process overall. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. But I just thought I’d take the time out and acknowledge the positive experience that I had."

"Very good experience. I scheduled an appointment online for pre-employment testing and was called back almost exactly at my appointment time. Everyone working in the office was very professional and efficient and collection was done quickly. The office was clean and parking was convenient."

"I love this lab Corp my company (Kone Elevator) has the contract on the elevators here. The staff is always professional and efficient! They are very communicative with you about what's going on through the waiting process, if there is a wait. I take my wife here for all her labs and I come here for mine as well. We are always in and out within 30-60 min! The Phlebotomists are very good and everyone is very onboard with the HIPPA Policies! Great place!"

"Such a fantastic experience. The Text when it’s Your Turn service is so helpful for those who prefer not to use a waiting room. I found the staff to be welcoming and conscious that many people using the service are already feeling disrupted by whatever reason they need to come. The woman at the front desk is like your favorite aunt, so glad to see you and speaking with kindness and enthusiasm. She uses her strong voice to make sure you can understand her through her mask, without feeling yelled at. The man who drew my blood had the most gentle manner and voice, immediately putting me at ease. If you want to chat, he will. If not, he still has a way of smoothing the potentially uncomfortable process. Well done, y’all. I would definitely return, should I need more lab work."
