"I used to work here. YEARS AGO! We absolutely never answered the phone "Hello?" and forced the caller to say, "I'm sorry? Is this the Samaritan House Pick Up Service line?" Obviously, this location is NOT operated by the same people it used to be managed by, and the young woman on the phone could not even be bothered to stop laughing long enough with her coworkers to have an intelligent conversation with a long time supporter."
