"Fast service…however, I found an error in my taxes that decreased my tax due by $808.00. I would expect a little compensation for my time and aggravation in going over every line of my documents. Nope…just a “sorry” and by the way when you file an amended return you have to pay the State of Virginia by check. Looking for another tax preparer for next year."

"I dropped off my income tax forms on Friday, April 23rd. The front desk receptionist informed me that an agent would not be able to get to my packet until the following week, which was completely understandable. I called Thursday, April 29th and I was told I would receive a call/update the follow day on Friday. I did not receive a call. I called Monday, May 3rd and my packet did not have a status and couldn’t be located. I drove in person to the office to collect my documentation and I was informed an agent had it at their desk and I had to wait for the agent to be done with their client. Only then could I see about collecting my documents back. Which I finally did after waiting for 45 mins. I’ve been using H&R Block for years and I’m majorly disappointed by the lack of communication and professional consideration. I do not recommend going to this location. I may have been one of the unlucky ones and I guess it’s up to you to determine if you want to roll the dice on your income tax return."
