Dawn was very kind and professional on the phone as she listened to my concerns and was able to give me a same-day repair window! To my surprise (and satisfaction) she called back about an hour later to inform me there was a cancellation and the repair technician was on his way! Roy was also very pleasant, kind and professional. After I explained the issue, he began troubleshooting until he pinpointed the issue and performed the repair.
