However, it is the expertise of Mr. Thomas Nelms that I wish to truly highlight. I am a faithful H & R online user, and this is my first time visiting the office because I was truly stuck on how to proceed this year. Mr. Nelms was so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk me through my return and explain things to me making what was once very difficult - easy to understand. I strongly encourage a visit to this location nestled here in the lower parking lot. It is truly a GEM!"

"Called ahead and made an appointment for 6:30. Arrived on time and they are closed. Seriously? Thanks a lot. After the reply below I tried calling again. I spent 20 minutes with the scheduler re-answering ALL of the questions the computer just made me answer, only to be told they do not have any appointments at this location until middle of next week. Also, not even an apology for them not being there when they said I could come in. Beyond disappointed at this point."
