"Service was excellent. Pricing was fair, better than some places. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Their people were very busy but took the time to acknowledge my presence with a suitable greeting. In many places I have tried to buy from the people not only ignored me but actually appeared to resent my presence. I was a bother not a customer. This was not true at this store."

"These guys are great! They installed my battery in less time than scheduled and put on a new screen for me. I would have given them 5 stars but there was an issue with the check out process and that took an extra 15 minutes. Otherwise i would recommend them to everybody."

"I went to batteries plus after rage-quitting the Apple store 45 minutes past my appointment time. At the Apple store I would have waited nearly 3 hours to get a battery replaced that came with a 30 day warranty. I would equate the Apple Store to the DMV but that’s an insult to the DMV. As for batteries plus, you have a customer for life now: I walked out of batteries plus with a new battery in my iPhone after just 25 minutes. The battery came with a 12 month warranty. Great job, BP!"

"Went in to get a battery replaced on Iphone 6s. Phone is holding charge a heck of a lot better than before. My only complaint was that initially the guy said it would only take 15 minutes and it ended up taking an hour and a half. But overall job was done to satisfactory."
