"Zeb Miles went above and beyond to support me and the resolution of a 2021 tax issue that surfaced in summer 2023. Going back and forth with the IRS took several months, but Zeb was helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable throughout the process even calling the IRS on my behalf (with my documented permission). I so appreciate all the time he took to resolve the case. Five stars for Zeb."

Didn't reach out to me once. Wasted 2 months of my time while I was paying tax penalties. Canceled and went to a small local tax firm, received same day service."
