"We were looking for a mattress cover and we were happy to see some in the store; however, the older gentleman seemed to just want to ring it in without explaining anything or letting us have a look at what we were purchasing. Unfortunately, it was made in China so we will keep looking. When we asked the price, he, in a snippy way, answered that it didn't matter cause it was made in China. That is certainly not how to keep customers coming back if we had any intentions to buy something bigger."

"I went there and the gentleman who was in the store was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses. He was engaging and very informative about not only his products but his competitors as well. In fact he had a few of his competitors products in store to use for comparison and to educate you. He was a little more talkative then I expected or wanted at the time as I was short on time due to a previously arranged appointment. Overall a great experience though. I'll probably buy a mattress from this very store and location."
