"Based on other reviews and referrals I tried for 2 months to get an appointment with this firm but to no avail. Promises to follow up after my initial calls and emails were ignored for 3+ weeks. When they finally responded the only person that could speak with me was going to be on vacation for a week and the initial meeting was scheduled for quite some time after her return. That meeting, scheduled for today, has been cancelled again with no one else that can cover any time soon. It's been two months since initial inquiry. Timely responses for accounting services that support my business operations is needed. I really felt put-off and not valued. I can only go on my initial experience as an indicator of how much they would value me as a customer. As a result, I have to look elsewhere for a new bookkeeping firm. I presumed the recommendations I received and reviews I read would mean I would have a good experience.
