"We were greeted when we walked in by Annaleese. She politely asked what we were looking for. She pointed us to area where the manual recliners were. She then said I will be at my desk to answer questions. She didn’t hover over us and let us shop and compare the inventory. We went to her with our decision and she quickly printed the paperwork and we paid for it. She then went and obtained a furniture dolly. We rolled it over to our car. She showed us how to dissemble the back of chair from the base. Loaded it up and took it home. Everything went very smoothly. Thank for a wonderful shopping experience."

"We ordered a love seat and a sofa from them thinking that the color was a soft green. When the furniture arrived at our home it was obvious that the color was gray, not green. When I called the store to ask about it, the woman I spoke to, Sabrina, told me that the color is gray and that the lights in the store can cast a green tone onto the furniture. When I asked if the furniture could be returned or if something could be done she rudely told me there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak with the manager she said he was busy and said she would forward my concerns to him. It has been a month and I have not heard anything back from them. Now we are stuck with furniture that we do not even really like. Quick to take your money but they provide terrible customer service."

"Really good products and prices! Steve and Bree are wonderful and answered all of our questions. They did not hover like other furniture store do, allowed us to shop for recliners at are leisure. We bought two rocker recliners and very happy with our selection. We highly recommend shopping here for your La-Z-Boy furniture! Update 10/30/2023: We had such a great experience with Steve and Bree we went back and ordered a 3rd rocker recliner for mom, they did not disappoint! They saved us a few dollars and getting it delivered on 7 Nov. Great customer service and highly recommend!"
