"Leigh McDaniel was scheduled to replace our pressure relief valve on the gas boiler today. The appointment was established last week. We contacted him this morning to confirm the appointment. He said that he was currently replacing a sewer line, but indicated that he would complete our repair this afternoon. We left a text message and voicemail after this morning's conversation. By close of business today, Mr. McDaniel didn't respond. We feel forced to seek an alternative technician. Communication and follow up was inadequate."

Mario arrived when stated, measured, then the hot water heater had to be ordered. It came in the next day at lunch. Mario and Leigh came out right after lunch to install it.
