"Will definitely be calling on Eveready again for future needs. The Technicians (Chris & Callie ??-did i get the names right? im terrible at remembering names:)) were prompt, thorough and very personable. They gave us a detailed breakdown of our current system (including photos etc), suggestions on maintenance we could do to on our end to keep it functioning efficiently, and also provided us with some info on potential future enhancements should we ever be interested. (No 'pushy' selling at all, just honest helpful info). After they left, wife & i both actually said to each other: 'yeah, i really liked those two guys, felt like we could trust them to be straight with us'. So yeah, Eveready (specifically Chris & Callie ) were excellent, we'll definitely use them again."
"I had to average out how I would rate the plumber and the company. I rate the plumber Matthew Carter 5 stars, he was very professional, friendly and straight forward and to the point. I rate the company with 1 star, primarily in this situation because they wouldn't let him have the equipment needed to fix the problem. The machine his company allows him to use was not powerful enough to break up roots that compromised my main sewer line. Thank you Matthew for doing your best to try to fix my sewer line. I'm sure that Eveready does a fine job at smaller "handyman" level jobs, but I wouldn't recommend them for larger issues."

I could not have asked for a better team to come to my home to perform maintenance on my system and answer all my concerns and questions. Most importantly, my system works much better. "Rafael is a professional gem. He not only replaced our thermostat today but he also patiently helped us to reset the wireless connection to our cell phone. In addition, while he was here, he looked at a spot on our heating system that worried me a little bit. Rafael found and quickly patched a small leak. Moreover, he checked the crawl space to ensure everything looked the way it should. Then, while he was finalizing an over all system check, Rafael replaced the air filter. He was the model of professionalism, knowledge, patience, and kindness. We highly recommend!"
"I had this company for 18 years although every time their technicians tried to up sell something new but I held up tight. Understanding it’s a common practice for most businesses, I would not mind their noises. Lately I had bad experiences with a few jobs done by their plumbing department. First my ceiling had leaked drops of water, someone came out in the late Friday evening and said to call the office on Monday! When I called they said the earliest they could send someone was Tuesday. Seeing my small wet area became increasingly large , I called another plumbing company to fix the leaking pipe on the same day. Then due to the large area of the soaked ceiling, more expenses were guaranteed. I didn’t understand why this company did not even bother to fix my leaking pipe on the same day they came. Then there’s another job that required a plumber to reroute a water pipe in the basement. He left two drilled holes unpatched. No one noticed anything until the last weekend when the tropical storm Ophelia hit. The basement had water came in nonstop threatening to damage my basement wood floor. To our surprise the water came in through the tiny holes which are less than 4 mm in diameter. So when they called for routine maintenance, I asked that they fix my holes. Then the general manager Andy took over the phone call and told me since I already complained they would cancel me as a customer. I said I just finished scheduling maintenance with your customer service representative. He said he would cancel all the appointments. He said he would send people to fix the holes, but so far no one has called to fix the holes. Reading through the bad reviews from this site, I found every time there’s a bad review, the owner responded that the customer was wrong. Taking pride in your business is good but remember too much pride means you ignored the fact that your business was built by customers like us who paid you over and over through the years."
