"Brought in a 1 year old Stihl 420 concrete saw for diagnosis. Was charged $95 and waited 2 weeks. Upon return he said the saw was "broken". Just buy a new one. I am a mechanic and was not happy with his answer. I asked him if he knew what was wrong and he said he didn't know, maybe a bearing. Wasted $95. I bought a a rebuild kit and diagnosed the problem was a bad main bearing that tore up the Ppiston. Ace hardware in Ashland so much better."
