"since I’ve been attending classes for a few months now at the “hustle haven” or girlboss haven as I like to call it, I’d like to write a fair and honest review of both the good and bad about this place. to get the negatives out of the way: some of the other clients are rude, closed off and rare to return a smile. I know some people act this way once they reach a certain economic status to keep up an image. If you’re not that image, or if you’re not a super extrovert, you may feel unwelcome, but I think it depends on the class you take. The building itself is a very small space and there will be awkward encounters trying to fetch your stuff out of the crowded area after class as well as other patrons who aren’t self aware who have to dart in front to grab their stuff first. lol With that being said, to discuss the positives, London obviously works hard to find knowledgeable employees and keep girlboss haven running like a well oiled machine. Every class instructor is very prepared and knows the class they are teaching well. The classes are good, and worth paying the hefty price tag for. The space is clean and aesthetically appealing. Overall, there are many elements to consider at hustle haven. If you’re a spiritual, carefree or counterculture person you may not fit in here. or maybe you will. idk. it’s very rich whites vibes… so I guess you decide for yourself if you’re into that ___ edit: I edit my initial review as it was a bit harsh… I do want to say you all do many things well here but just wanted to share another perspective. yes, I am obfuscating my identity online. -kathy"

"Hustle Haven is a one of a kind fitness and wellness abyss in Roanoke. Best hot yoga and rhythm based cycling you’re going to find in the area. Lots of classes to choose from for the whole spectrum of fitness levels and no shortage of great instructors to lead and motivate you. Highly recommend."

"This is by Far one of the best gyms I've been a part of. Being a beginner yogi and not having done a spin class in years, I felt very welcome and taken care of immediately. The instructors and staff are patient, supportive, and overall just the best people. I’ve gained so much mentally and physically here. If you’re a woman looking for a community - this is the place."
