"Lousy lousy lousy location. Only labcorp location that I know of that closes for lunch in the middle of the day. There is only 1 sign-in (labcorp express) booth here, and half of the time there is an elderly customer who doesn’t know what they’re doing. This place is ALWAYS backed up, and the staff is unmotivated to hustle because it’s an hourly paying job. Very dysfunctional labcorp location. Highly recommend using other another location, as this is the slowest labcorp that I have ever been to."

"This place is ridiculous. No one at the front desk. Called out and no one ever showed up. Had to self check in and two people walked out because of NO customer service. Been waiting an hour and no one even acknowledges you or your presence. POOR SERVICE!! Front desk staff is indifferent and in no hurry to help you. They are more interested in processing your insurance than actually drawing blood. Once they began the blood drawing process they were nicer."

"Long wait, but I didn’t make an apt. The staff was really friendly, and the girl who took my blood did an excellent job. I literally didn’t even feel it. Probably the best lab draw I’ve ever had. Plan to be here an hour-90min waiting if you walk in. **Edit to add*** I have had to come to this location multiple times for labs during pregnancy and I can not even say how wonderful the staff always is and the service. Karen is an absolute angel of a person. She makes you feel so calm and relaxed and is SO good at her job. I can not say thank you enough!!"
