"Horrible experience. First the records sent to them by my previous provider couldn't be found so I had to reschedule .... I called and got my records sent directly to me and got them within a week. Then I get there and their equipment is outdated for a breast MRI, which are not comfortable anyway but there are better tables that make it a little bit more bearable. And I received multiple reminder notices.... one telling me to arrive 30 minutes early and the other to arrive 45 minutes earlier....can't imagine why 2 different messages."

"Thai place really SUCKS BIG TIME. I would give them negative ratings if I could. My appointment was at 07:30AM today and I was there at 07:26AM, I drove an HOUR to come here. The registration lady says she can’t take me in because I had to be here at 07:00AM. They never told me that I had to be in here a half hour before and she cannot do anything to make the appointment. I SHOULD have paid attention to the reviews before I made the appointment here. WHOEVER is running this place, you owe me an hour of gas, an hour of my office time and a whole lot of stress due to rescheduling."

"I will say at the beginning I was pretty annoyed with this place because they DO NOT answer the phone. EVER. Do not expect anyone to EVER answer the phone. I had to call a different imaging place and they were able to schedule me into the chesterfield imaging. I confirmed 2 or 3 times via email. Be sure to come prepped with your paper work (I heard they will turn you away) and show 30 minutes before your appointment. Barb up front was super friendly and awesome (even at 7am in the morning - I was literally the first person in the door) and then I waited until my appointment. They took me back 735 and it was Deborah was very kind during the procedure. The whole thing took 15 minutes and I was out. So other than the phone thing it was alright."

"Cancelled on us twice the day before the appointment said the machine was broken. Then the second time they cancelled on us saying the doctor didn't order the correct scans. Our doctor did order correct scans. My wife had to wait a month to be seen by bon secours and we found out she has breast cancer. It would have been nice to find this out sooner rather than later due to this imaging place cancelling on us twice. There's a reason so many people hold this place in such low regard. Go elsewhere."
