I had three different plumbing issues that needed attention and they scheduled me for an appointment quickly and resolved all three issues in one trip, which saved me time and money. I really appreciated the fact that when I initially called to schedule an appointment, the phone was answered quickly and by a real person instead of me having to hit a bunch of buttons or being placed on hold for ages. The fill valve on one of the toilets needed to be replaced, one of my sump pumps needed to be diagnosed because the alarm was sounding non-stop for a very long time (I had initially scheduled an appointment with a different plumber but they were a no-show, which led me to calling Mac's Plumbing), and a water line valve to the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Juan and Malcolm reviewed my concerns, provided me with an estimate, and upon approval, divided the work and were able to address all three issues in about 1 hour. "Geo and Juan came to fix the toilet in one bathroom and sinks in another. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and really quick. Everything was fixed before I knew it which was a really nice surprise. I will definitely use Mac's again. ETA: I also want to mention that they cleaned up after themselves which was great.
