"I did not like the attitudes of the sales associates at all. LOW energy and brought me and my family mood down. I went to this location yesterday and the sales associate had great energy and that was the reason I came back the next day to buy some furniture and because of the energy and the feeling like they didn’t care, and nonchalant. We didn’t even get greeted. We did not make a purchase and actually went to another location and gave them our business. When you making a sale energy is KEY. If you show your customers that you hate your job or don’t want to be there then that same energy your customers will feel and notice. Unfortunate that it turned out that way because if the other sales person was there I would have for sure made a purchase."
