"I've had my taxes done at H&R block for close to 30 years. This was my 1st time at this location they got to me quick, but the guy didn't really listen to what I had to say and seemed a little rude. But, he had only been doing taxes for a year or 2. Last year a location in VA. Messed up my taxes and I didn't get back what they Saud I would and they were late. When I told the man instead of looking at them and fixing it just suggested I come back at a later date to figure that out. We will see if I get the right amount back this year. But, over all they were friendly and fast. As always."
