"I like to call before I drive somewhere because I know exactly what I want, I only pay the in-store premium if I forgot to order online—when I’ve got more money to spare I’ll be a better supporter of small businesses. Anyway, I always call, and ask if they have what I’m looking for, otherwise I’d be driving around for hours. That usually isn’t a problem—I am understanding, I don’t need the employee to know everything about vapes, I just need them to be willing to check the shelves for the product I ask about. I just had the weirdest experience, it was like pulling teeth to get this person to give me more than 1 syllable answers. It wasn’t a language barrier, I’d have PREFERRED that because at least then it wouldn’t have felt like they actively didn’t want my business. After repeatedly asking what XROS pods they had, I was told “I don’t really know this stuff, you can see it if you come in”. I them them I wasn’t driving out there without knowing, and asked them to please read the XROS boxes, to which they FINALLY said “one point two”, which was all I wanted to know. I’m purposefully leaving their apparent gender out as I don’t want to get anyone fired, but that was insane, felt like I’d taken crazy pills."

"Good selection and nice staff. I bought a Nord 2 and the guy walked me through using it and demonstrated how to fill it. Good selection of juice and salts. A bit hard to read the product labels with the shelf layout but there's nothing they can really do about that"

"The guy who helped us was very friendly, patient, and helpful. The prices are a bit high depending on what you're getting but there's a big variety, it's convenient, and the guy was great. We'll be back!"
