"Our septic decided to back up just a day after our hot water heater went. When I called to schedule, he remembered me from a post I made asking for help with my hot water heater, listened and even though his trucks were out for the day, said he’d try to get us in if they had time, otherwise it would be the next morning. They were busy all night and promptly at 9am, I got the call they were on the way. The young men who came out, Adam and his partner, were very informative, easy to talk to and very sweet all around. They explained what they were doing, and we even brought our kids out so they could see what they doing. Absolutely amazing company, owner and workers! Price was exactly what they quoted. I appreciate Adam and his partner, the owner who listened and cared and the company as a whole! Definitely our go to for septic issues."

"We had our septic tank emptied. Taylor and his coworker worked promptly. They were friendly to my boys who were very interested in how the septic worked. They answered one of my boys' many questions and let him see "toilet flushing in action." They also showed us what to do in the event our alarm went off. They blew the horn of their truck after my boy inquired if they could do it for him. They totally made his day!"

"Taylor's Septic Service came to pump my septic tank. They only probed for it 20 minutes and only a few probes at that. Did not probe where we asked but dug a little at the base of a tree. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. Charged me $225.00 for a thirty minute service call. We called the office and the man who answered the phone was rude and very un business like. Would not even listen to our complaint and only gave an answer of "what do you want me to do about it our trucks cost us a lot of money" and “we can’t be there all day”. If after probing and they did try to pump it would they have stopped mid way and left?"
