"My appt for a diagnostic mammo and ultrasound was for 11:30am. When I came out of the changing room, there were 9 other women waiting. A tech just said that the wait is 2-3 hours. This is very disrespectful and more like a cattle call."

"This clinic has a wonderful staff of very friendly women that have you knowing in their hearts and minds that you are very important. So many medical clinics treat you like a number but most definiately, not here at all! It is a very time consuming process, expect to spend several hours but thankfully they don't push you through unconcerningly. Your going to feel at ease and will be trusting them, and most of all, you'll be making new friends."

"I had an appointment yesterday at 12:15 pm for a mammogram and an ultrasound. The intake was done on time; however, when I got my clothes changed and went to the waiting area, there were already 5-7 women waiting for the same thing. One said she had been waiting two hours. I was there around 1 1/2 hours and just got a mammogram done. Since I had another appointment scheduled I could not wait longer, so I have to reschedule for the ultrasound. Since a reviewer above experienced the same thing a couple of years ago, it is obvious that this is not Covid-19 related. This company needs some new management or something. We the patients have obligations and time restrictions too. Please think about us as well and get the kinks worked out of your system. Hopefully, I can give you a better rating in the future."
