"why doc is better than everyone else 1.absolutely amazing. i dropped off my computer ( not knowing what was wrong with it ) and he had it back to me in TWO days completely set up and ready to go. he explained everything on a level to where I could understand and was extremely kind and caring throughout the entire process. compared to previous companies where i payed for them to fix it and got the product back in the same condition while several hundreds of dollars were spent , doc was able to completely change my point of view of what it means to run a true business. it honestly felt like he was happy to do the work and it didn't feel like a job to him. 2. above and beyond. he was more than welcoming to me and invitied me to his personal space and allowed for me to understand what went wrong and what to do in the future. he went out of his way to creat a usb flash stick that enabled me to always stay on top of things and helped me fix problems that could possibly occur in the future. i let him know about all my pc specs and how i wanted to upgrade to windows 10 pro. after i let him know these things within hours he had let me know that he ( just being kind ) upgraded my computer to windows 11 ( a version better than the one i wanted to upgrade to! wow! ) updated my computer ,as well as all the drivers, and fixed my cable management to make my pc way more aesthetic. overall this is the best service ive ever been apart of and for a long time i thought i was out of luck with getting this computer fixed. as a 17 year old he displayed attributes of character to me that i aspire to be when i grow up. this is not only an amazing company but ran by a very special individual. thanks so much man and i highly HIGHLY wanna influence anyone who is thinking of picking somewhere else to trust me. this dude will get you right."
