"The Fairwinds Homeowners Association (FHA) was verbally quoted a price of $375 a tank for each of the six septic tanks that needed servicing. However, the FHA was billed $500 for each tank. A subsequent call to Roto-Rooter only resulted in being told that we had been quoted the wrong price by an employee on the phone. The FHA was told that a crew would return after hours to level, seed, and place straw on the affected areas that were created in preparation for the pumping. The grass seed and straw were sparse at best and the final result was not what was expected from a nationally recognized company."
