"Don’t waste your time. If this company is not out of business, they should be! Waited all day and nobody showed up even though Frigidaire stated they accepted the work order for the repair. Waste of time!!!"
"Needed a repair for a dryer I had 3 weeks, under warranty. GE scheduled the repair through Triple R. Triple R came, diagnosed, ordered the part and said they would be back in a couple of weeks.It’s been over 2 months. Called Triple R and their number doesn’t work. I had to called GE again to reschedule and not I have to go through the diagnostic and ordering of the part with a different company. Sucks to have waited 2 months for nothing."
"Needed a warranty repair for Whirlpool refrigerator. Nothing major just a torn door gasket. I called Whirlpool and they scheduled the repair through Triple R. Was told the service repair could be anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Stayed home all day and Triple R never showed up. Called Whirlpool and they gave me the number for Triple R. Called the number and I get a message from Verizon that says "Unable to complete your call". I called Whirlpool again and they are sending a different company to address the issue."
"I bought my Whirlpool upright freezer on June 6, 2022, from Lowes Hardware. It stopped working in November 2022 the week before Thanksgiving. I was advised to call Whirlpool, who referred me to Triple R In Thaxton Va. I called and scheduled an appointment. December 6, 2022, I took a day off work nobody showed up. December 20, 2022, Triple R called said tech was sick. December 23, 2022, Triple R called and said they would come next week. December 26, 2022, Triple R called my mother's house but didn't leave a message. December 28, 2022, Triple R called and said they were in my area yesterday and would come back next week. January 2, 2023, Triple R called my mother's house and said they would come tomorrow. Stuart would be first on the list. January 3, 2023, I called at 8am was told I should have yesterday because the tech was already out, but she would call and get me moved to 2nd on the list. I told Debra (lady at Triple R) I was told last night that someone was coming today. At 10:30am I called again and asked where's my tech. Debra said I told him already. You must be patient because we are one and half hour away from Stuart. I (Triple R) will call again and see where he (Tech) is and call you back. He finally shows up 45 minutes later. The motor has given out, he will have to order new parts. A month goes by and no parts. I called Triple R and they said that whirlpool has not sent them any parts for my freezer. They told me to call whirlpool and see if I can get the parts any faster. I called whirlpool and they said the parts was shipped in January. I called Triple R back and Debra says that we have one of your five parts. They are waiting on the other four parts. March 2023 still no parts Triple R claims, but whirlpool says that all five parts have been shipped and delivered to Triple R. May 2023 I still don't have my freezer fixed. May 18, 2023, I called Triple R to check on the status of when my freezer was going to be fixed. Debra told me that they still needed parts I told her whirlpool said everything has been shipped. She then tells me to hold on while she double checks. Debra comes back to the phone and says yes, your parts are here. I can send the tech out next week. The tech comes the following week and says that he can't fix the freezer because it has burnt wires and that he needs to order that part. He said it should be back in a week or so. I called on June 8, 2023, and the part has not come yet. I called back in July and the part still hasn't come. I called Triple R again in August and Debra told me to call whirlpool because they are having a hard time getting anything from them. I called whirlpool and gave them the part number and they said they would place the order for me, but wait I thought Triple R had already ordered it. Today (Sept. 6, 2023) I called whirlpool and asked for my money back. I told them that I bought this freezer in June of 2022, and it worked for five months. It has not worked since November of 2022, and it is now September of 2023. The lady from whirlpool told me that the only way I could get my money back was if Triple R says that it is not fixable. What? It hasn't worked in almost a year. What more do you need? I told whirlpool that I was reporting them and Triple R to the BBB. I have been very kind and patient with both. I will NEVER buy another whirlpool appliance again."
"We were required to use this company for a warranty claim purchased through Lowe's, which we won't do again. After dealing with Lowe's, we finally got a service call scheduled with this company. The service was scheduled over a week out. That day came and they did not show up and canceled our service call. The Company had left us a voicemail half a day before the scheduled appointment day and wanted to confirm the appointment. We called back later that day and with no answer, so we left a voicemail on their machine confirming the appointment and confirming the address. They called back again the next morning (day of appointment) at 6:45am and left a voicemail wanting to confirm the appointment again and said we needed to call back by 7am. We didn't get the message until 7:30 and tried to call back with no answer. Finally had someone call us back at 9:15am and said they canceled our appointment because we didn't confirm. It was ridiculous playing phone tag with them and that they canceled our appointment. We wouldn't have scheduled the appointment originally if we didn't intend to be home that day. Upon searching online, we found others had the same issue. Not a professional company and we called Lowe's back and asked for another service company - then Lowe's hung up on us."
