It was hands down the best outpatient PT I've ever received (been to 2 other PT companies in Hampton Roads). "Direct Performance Physical Therapy is simply a huge step up from your traditional physical therapy. Rachel was my therapist and she helped me with a separated shoulder and a hip issue. I do 2-3 days of hot yoga each week and it was very challenging getting back with a major shoulder issue. Rachel would ask me to show her the areas that were giving me trouble and then we would do specific stretches and exercises to get my strength and mobility back. I was back on my mat in no time with full shoulder mobility and I am rapidly getting my strength back up to speed. Thank you Rachel!!"
