"It's a shame that the Google reviews that were left, were made up names/people This office is lame. I do NOT suggest nor recommend this place. The staff don't seem to know much about taxes. When asked a question, a rep started out with"oh, ummm, ummm,' this makes it obvious that she DOES NOT know what she is doing. I'll pass and it's cheaper to file online any way."
