"We had to file for two states (VA and MT). One of their preparers made the simple mistake of switching the incomes. We caught it after leaving the office and returned to correct. He told us that it was too late and he'd file an ammendment "when he gets to it". This took him multiple days and phone calls. Then once he'd prepared the ammendment, i checked it and there were still issues. I've given up on them. One bad employee doesn't warrant so low a rating though. My biggest problem with them is that the other preparers rolled their eyes and walked away from the whole situation."
