"As a new patient I loved my first visit and I didn’t had any issues. Today I had my second visit because I was really in pain. The doctor prescribed me a medication that my plan doesn’t cover. I called to the office multiple times, trying to contact with the nurse. I leave a voicemail and also my husband attempted to call her many times. Nobody answered the phone. The thing is that the recorded message says that they can take 24 to 48 hours to fix a prescription. After many calls she finally answered the phone and told my husband that she was going to change the prescription today. That never happened and it’s so frustrating be in pain and having to wait probably 24hours or a weekend for a mistake that they made. After this I’m definitely changing to another clinic. Update: I had to go in person to the office which is 1 hour far from my home, to ask them to change my prescription because nobody answered the phone."

"This practice use to be pretty good. My bf has been going here for a long time and the practitioner herself is great. Recently I feel like they have either been short staffed or just lacking in focused client care. My bf had an appointment for something that to him has felt very urgent and has affected his quality of life. He needed a referral to a specialty clinic to be treated for this. His referral was transcribed incorrectly therefore prolonging his treatment. It took 7 days to get back in touch with this office before we could even address the issue with Dr. Sharp. I called during business hours everyday for a week and left one message everyday except the first day I called. My bf also called and left messages. We never received a call back. On the 7th day I called multiple times and finally received an answer. The receptionist told me she wasn’t sure how long it would take for Dr. Sharp to get this straightened out. Once I explained the urgency of the situation and the great inconvenience we’ve had due to lack of response she said she would see that it was taken care of that day. I also asked to speak with the patients rights representative to file a complaint and she told me they no longer have one so I would be receiving a call from her manager instead. Will update if I receive a call; I’m not hopeful. We will probably be taking our care elsewhere in the future, which is quite unfortunate because Dr. Sharp has been handling his care for years and we have really enjoyed having her as a practitioner."

"The entire office is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly, and welcoming. I saw Skylar today and she listened to me and took the time to really dig into my problems and gave me more information in 1 day than a doctor did in 4 years. 100% I'll be staying here and I even switched my daughter as well."
